As the owner of Eubanks Roofing, my name is stamped with every project. A recent Spartanburg Roofing Review was as detailed as our site survey that won us the project.

We received a call from Ms. Christine Pigott who had a “significant leak”. She had reached out to several local roofing companies, large and small with some choosing to not even respond. Probably thinking it was too small of a job.

We showed up, on time for our scheduled appointment, did a thorough roof inspection, and discovered several items of concern. Including significant wind damage that was worthy of a roofing insurance claim.

We scheduled and appointment to meet with Ms. Pigott’s insurance adjustor, so we could be sure that they saw what we saw, and would provide a favorable response for the claim. There were other items that should be covered, including some repairs on the inside of the home. We worked to make good things happen, as if it was our own home.

Once approved we were on it!

While it was not our plan, what was to be a roof leak repair, turned into a full roof replacement. God has a way of showing up, when we show up and serve. And then we were blessed with the amazing review below.

It isn’t possible to overstate Josh’s excellence. Previously we had been seeking a roofing company to do a repair for a significant leak. After contacting four of the larger companies and either not hearing back, not being properly assessed (a couple of them didn’t even get up onto the roof), or being dismissed because they didn’t feel it was worthwhile to come out for a repair vs. replacement, I called Josh. Right from the outset.

Honestly, that is how we approach every project. Focused on doing our best work.
