This is our preferred method, as well as our customers, for flat roofing systems because it offers a clean finish, highly reflective, UV resistant, heat-weldable prefabricated accessories, and more.
PVC is a heat-weldable monolithic sealed roofing system. This roofing system is preferred amongst business owners where various chemicals exhaust out of the structure (industrial buildings, restaurant owners, airports, and more). PVC membrane can be installed in white, gray, or tan. The benefits of this roofing system are efficient installation, maintenance, repair, highly reflective, resistant to chemicals, and resistant to long-term UV and ozone exposure.
EPDM roofing systems provide the quickest installation, and will retain durability over time. The black surface area of this roofing system helps with snow/ice melt and the elasticity is also great for hail prone areas.
Modified Bitumen is one of the original low-sloped roofing systems we offer as it is cost-effective, tear resistant, and if your business requires consistent foot traffic, this is the roofing system for you. Modified bitumen can be applied hot or cold, and is inherently waterproof.
This particular modified bitumen roofing system membrane is applied with hot asphalt by mop, and torch. We offer to install this material as is, smooth, or a textured finish, granules. The advantage adding granules can help cool your structure. A great waterproofing roofing option because there are no seams and the asphalt is applied directly to the roof, and is unlikely to be damaged by hail or other storm damage because the asphalt is flexible.
This particular modified bitumen roofing system is a thermo plastic elastomer roofing system that has an excellent abrasion resistance and aging stability when blended with bitumen, making it the perfect bitumen modified to achieve cold flexibility and elastic properties. Typically used to waterproof car decks, bridge decks, green roofs, and more.
This is by far the most cost effective roofing option. Our installation process consists of attaching the panels to the roof deck with clamps so they are free from any holes made by traditional nails or other fasteners which could allow moisture to seep into the roof. This is the best option, in our opinion, for a commerical or industrial business. Standing seam also offers a variety of colors, and grades (24/26/29) best suited for your roofing needs.
