My Husband and I had to have some work done after a bad hail storm recently. I was so afraid that the insurance wouldn't pay for it but Mr. Eubanks took care of all that for us. Now the roof looks as good as new. Not only do they do good work, they clean up after they are done! Josh and his crew did a great job putting a new roof on our home. It is an older home, built in 1920 and had many issues. They did a great job repairing some of the bad wood under the shingles and getting our house in beautiful shape! Josh also helped us deal with our insurance company to be sure we got everything we needed to repair our home correctly. We highly recommend Eubanks Roofing!

We love our roof!! It's beautiful! It was done in a very timely manner. Any thing we needed to ask or add too, was answered and done. You don't often find people who tell the truth, back it up and always try to do what you hire them for. We shouldn't be pleasantly surprised one gets what they want and expect. I called. Came right over and gave me quote. Answered every one of my many questions with great answers. Offers great warranty. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Came to agreement with insurance company quickly. Very patient and responsive. Brought color samples and advised me on color choice. Had shingles delivered and installed quickly. Cleaned up all debris and nails well.. Crew did a great job. Only roofer I've had any luck with. Most won't return calls or return quote. Mr Eubanks is top notch.

I hired Eubanks Roofing to roof my home and that was the best thing I could have done. They were quick to start the job, and even quicker to get it done. They ran into some problems and were quick to access the problem. My home was an insurance claim. Eubanks Roofing did a great job on my roof and windows. The were able to get to my job quickly, got it done on time and within budget. They found some bad wood and instead of just covering it up told me about it, gave me a fair price to fix it and let me make the decision. There were no surprises in the quality or price. Josh came out and assessed my storm damage and met with the insurance adjuster to insure that they saw all the damage we had sustained. He made temporary repairs to keep the roof from leaking in the mean time and within 8 days of his first coming out he had our new roof installed , along with a new sky light and repaired some of our gutters that needed repair. He has done roofs for several other people I know and all of them were more than satisfied. Don’t settle for some giant roofing company or a fly by night - josh is local and has over a decade of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing . Glad I went with Eubanks roofing. We had a lot of damage to the roof so I'm really thankful they could get us on the schedule quick. The crew was quick, had the roof finished in one day. I mostly chose to go with Eubanks because the day Josh came to give me an estimate I lost my puppy and Josh helped me look for him. The office woman who i spoke with to schedule them to come out was always very nice also. I was not familiar with this company but saw the truck in a shopping area and called the number. Josh came out and assessed the roof the next day. I have to say Heather, I believe is her name, was always courteous and professional. Josh was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. The roof looks great! Josh is fixing some other things in my house. Eubanks Roofing was great to work with. This was my first time purchasing a roof and it can be overwhelming. Josh, the owner, made it easy to understand and walked me through everything step by step. He took the time and explained the insurance paperwork. Eubanks replaced the roof due to wind damage but also fixed my fence. Eubanks Roofing doesn't just replace and fix roofs. They do everything from kitchen remodels, gutters, shutters, etc except plumbing and HVAC. It's nice to use one company for everything. I love my roof! Josh and his crew did a great job. I also had some damaged siding replaced on the house. Now my roof and siding look great and I was happy with the customer service and the price. I have found the company I will use for any type of home repairs. I also like supporting local people within our community who work hard to provide for their family but also their community.
